The Campaign
Rent A Human ran a recurring street team program for Visible wireless across a full season, combining festival activations, food truck tour stops, campus events, and convention crowds into a single sustained push rather than a handful of isolated appearances. The program ran nationwide, giving Visible a consistent street-level presence in markets across the country rather than concentrating effort in one city or region. Teams built around guerrilla street marketing tactics moved through high-traffic environments where potential customers already gathered, from festival grounds to college campuses, engaging passersby directly rather than relying on a fixed storefront or booth. Pop-up sign-up stations gave the street teams a way to convert those conversations into action on the spot, letting attendees sign up for the digital-first carrier without needing to visit a retail location later. Across more than 50 events staffed over the course of the season, Rent A Human kept crews in the field week after week, treating the program as an ongoing campaign rather than a series of standalone activations. That cadence let the brand build repeated visibility with the same regional audiences over time, reinforcing the brand's simple, digital-first message through familiarity rather than a single first impression. The campus activation component in particular gave Visible access to a young, digitally native audience already comfortable switching carriers for a simpler, more transparent offering. Rent A Human's street teams carried that message consistently across every stop on the season-long circuit, from festival grounds and food truck lines to campus quads and convention floors.
