The Campaign
Rent A Human partnered with Polaris to execute a booth activation at the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas. Held at the Thomas & Mack Center, the engagement ran across the full 10-day run of the rodeo, one of the highest-attendance events on the Western sports calendar and a natural fit for a powersports brand looking to reach an audience of riders, ranchers, and outdoor enthusiasts in one concentrated location. Rent A Human's team provided event staffing and brand ambassador services on-site each day of the activation, working the booth to drive consumer engagement and capture leads from attendees moving through the venue. The booth format called for staff who could hold a consistent presence over more than a week of programming, engaging fans, answering product questions, and keeping the giveaway and lead capture stations stocked and staffed through the event's full run. The ten-day format set this activation apart from a typical one- or two-day trade show presence. Rent A Human structured staffing to hold steady from opening day through the rodeo's close, giving Polaris a continuous on-site presence rather than staffing that faded after an opening rush. That approach matched the scale of the National Finals Rodeo itself, an event built around sustained daily attendance rather than a single peak day. Working inside the Thomas & Mack Center's convention footprint, Rent A Human combined staffing, brand ambassador support, lead capture, and giveaway distribution into a single coordinated presence, giving Polaris a full-event footprint in Las Vegas without needing to manage staffing logistics itself.
