The Campaign

Beacon Capital partners with Rent A Human to run a year-round tenant experience program across its office properties nationwide. Since October 2025, our teams have produced and staffed more than 20 on-site events at eight buildings in seven cities, including 1 N Dearborn in Chicago, Tabor Center and 1700 Broadway in Denver, properties in Pasadena and Glendale, 1999 Harrison Street in Oakland, Met Park in Seattle, and 53 State Street in Boston. The calendar is built around seasonal, food-forward pop-ups that give tenants a reason to gather: rum and chocolate tastings, powder prep ski tune-ups, Halloween popcorn pop-ups, a coffee house takeover, cookies and cocoa for the holidays, a nutrition kickoff for the new year, cannoli and St. Patrick's Day pop-ups, and a mental health awareness fair. Each event is staffed by trained brand ambassadors and event hosts who handle setup, sampling, vendor coordination and teardown. Every activation is documented in the field with photography and recaps, with more than 400 event photos archived across the program to date. Property teams hand the amenity calendar to one partner and get consistent, professional execution in every market.
